Brief introduction about me: I am a software engineer with 5+ years experience in coding, testing, deploying, designing, struggling to take leaves, facing typical IT appraisal cycles with no hikes :p I have been part of many Enterprise applications with hands on experience in Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, MySql, MongoDb, maven, tomcat I have also worked on HTML, Javascript, Android, Eclipse plugins, RCP in the past, though I am currently not working on it. Usually in many industries you need to work for a specific number of hours to mark your full day attendance, this is no difference for an IT industry with which I am associated.
